Registered Manager
Adriana Porime brings over 15 years of experience in the care industry, with a remarkable 13-year tenure as a Care Home Manager. Prior to her career in the United Kingdom, Adriana worked as a dedicated social worker in Romania, passionately serving children in need for 5 years. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and a National Vocational Qualification in Care at Level 3, she possesses a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise. As the Registered Manager of Roselands Care Home, Adriana envisions the care home as a place where residents and staff experience utmost happiness, exceptional care and a true sense of belonging.
